Therefore, we have adopted the Growth Learning by Doing methodology—an educational approach that integrates theory, practice, and personal development to prepare our students for real-world professional challenges. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Styling, Beauty, Permology, or Hairdressing. * Professional experience in hair extension application, care, maintenance, and techniques. * Teaching experience (preferred) * Proficiency with digital tools and a hands-on classroom approach **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver theoretical and practical classes to students enrolled in the **Bachelor’s Program in Styling** * Design and implement instructional lesson plans aligned with the academic curriculum. * Teach foundational methodologies related to hair extension application, maintenance, and removal. * Advise on academic projects related to the field * Evaluate students’ academic performance through projects, practical assignments, and examinations. **We Offer** * Hourly-class employment contract. * Opportunity to join a specialized academic team. * Professional development in the teaching and technological fields.
