Positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment **General Position Objective:** Effectively guide a group of students in acquiring knowledge using creative, innovative strategies and modern teaching methodologies. Additionally, identify and support the socioemotional development of school-age children, delivering instruction in Spanish according to the guidelines of the New Mexican School. **Education Requirement:** Bachelor’s degree, teaching certification, and license as a normal school graduate; Bachelor in Primary Education; Bachelor in Basic Education; Bachelor in Special Education; Bachelor in Educational Psychology; Bachelor in Pedagogy; Bachelor in Educational Sciences; Bachelor in School Administration; Bachelor in Education; Bachelor in Educational Intervention. **Minimum Experience:** 5 years of classroom teaching experience **Required Knowledge:** · DESIRABLE: Knowledge of special education for working with neurodiverse children. · Pedagogical skills and ability to plan engaging lessons adapted to diverse learning levels. · Modern and digital teaching methods · Knowledge of the General Law on the Rights of Girls, Boys, and Adolescents **Soft Skills** * Leadership * Teamwork * Positive attitude, patience, and interpersonal skills * Flexibility * Social competence * Empathy * Teamwork * Strong writing and spelling proficiency * Adaptability and intercultural competence * Conflict management and resolution * Classroom management **Main Responsibilities:** · Design and deliver lessons with an intercultural focus using modern teaching methods. · Plan lessons and learning objectives tailored to heterogeneous groups. · Assess academic progress and foster individual student development. · Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. · Collaborate with the international teaching team and participate in school projects and events. · Maintain communication with school administration and parents regarding student performance. · Adapt to diverse pedagogical approaches and continuously reflect on teaching practice Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
