Responsibilities: Lead processes of attraction, selection, and onboarding of operational, administrative, and field personnel. Coordinate the complete payroll process: hires, terminations, incidents, settlements, reports. Design and implement talent retention and development strategies. Ensure compliance with current labor regulations (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS). Supervise employment contracts, files, internal regulations, and document control. Implement training programs, occupational safety, and organizational well-being initiatives. Maintain positive labor relations and manage conflicts or disciplinary procedures. Manage HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, employee engagement, performance). Coordinate internal communication campaigns and team integration activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation. Proficiency in payroll processes. Experience in corporate processes. Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite.
