




**Job Objective** Ensure the proper management and administrative control of the construction company's financial and documentary resources, guaranteeing payment compliance, reconciliation with project budgets, petty cash control, and updates on the ERP platform, while maintaining information confidentiality and efficiency in administrative processes. **Required Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or financial roles within the construction, real estate, or service sectors. Previous knowledge of budgetary control per project or management platforms (ERP) is desirable. **Skills and Competencies** Organization and control: efficient handling of information, documents, and priorities. Financial analysis: ability to interpret budgets, payments, and cash flows. Attention to detail: accuracy in data entry and review. Responsibility and reliability: especially in handling confidential information. Effective communication: professional interaction with suppliers, supervisors, and clients. Proficiency in digital tools: intermediate/advanced Excel, administrative platforms. Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills. Good personal presentation and courteous demeanor.
