




**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Management, Educational Innovation, Educational Sciences, Psychology, Administration of Educational Institutions, or related field. **Professional degree and license are mandatory requirements.** **Do not apply** if you **do not have** both the **degree** and the **professional license**, as they are **mandatory** for registration with SEP. **It is essential to have at least 1 year of experience** managing SEP-related matters **at the secondary school level.** **EXPERIENCE IN THESE FUNCTIONS** * Monitor and supervise that school records and registration activities comply with the College’s regulations, procedures, policies, programs, goals, and objectives. * Propose procedures and guidelines for school registration and records activities, aligned with the educational services provided by the College. * Plan and coordinate the registration processes for new and returning students. * Supervise that student enrollment and withdrawal actions are carried out in accordance with established regulations, guidelines, procedures, and the corresponding bylaws. * Maintain the central database of evaluations up to date, implementing the security measures established by the College. * Maintain good relations with relevant government agencies. Minimum one year of experience in this position.
