### **Production Manager – Textile Plant** Responsible for directing and coordinating the plant’s production operations, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, cost control, adherence to the production schedule, industrial safety, and staff development. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly production. * Coordinate spinning, carding, and open-end processes. * Monitor waste, rework, and downtime. * Manage operational staff and supervisors. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Prepare production and efficiency reports. **Requirements** * Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (degree mandatory). * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of textile processes, KPIs, quality control, occupational health and safety, and industrial maintenance. * Personnel management experience (200 people). **Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Results-oriented mindset. **We Offer** * Salary: $30,000 gross per month. * Working hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 \| Saturdays 9:00–14:00\. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Statutory benefits.
