Job Summary: We are seeking Industrial and Construction Site Safety and Hygiene Technicians to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent risks and accidents in the workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Supervising and training contractor personnel on safety We are looking for **Industrial and Construction Site Safety and Hygiene Technicians** who can guarantee compliance with safety regulations. This role is critical to maintaining a safe working environment and promoting risk and accident prevention. **Responsibilities:** * **Implement the Contractor Control Program.** * Promote and execute actions aimed at reducing the risk of accidents during contractor personnel work at the plant. * Ensure legal compliance regarding safety for contractor work. * Ensure internal regulatory compliance concerning contractors. * Safety training for contractors * Supervision of contractor work * Contractor onboarding * Issuance of permits for hazardous work * Managing waste generated from contractor activities * Halting work due to safety rule violations * Issuance of permits for hazardous work * Ensuring compliance with local and international occupational safety and health regulations (STPS, NOM). **Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety and Hygiene, Occupational Health, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising safety and hygiene in construction, industrial, or similar environments. * Up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations (NOM\-STPS) * DC3 and/or DC5 Safety and Hygiene certification preferred. * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. * Excellent communication skills for delivering training and generating reports.
