Responsibilities * Respond to incoming calls and messages from customers or users regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general concerns. * Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers or users, working to establish a positive and assertive relationship. * Record information in the customer service database during and after each call or message. * Assist users with payment platform follow-ups. * Perform disconnection reports. * Support marketing campaigns. Technical Profile * Minimum TSU degree * Technical skills: Intermediate level in Office Suite * Technical experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles * Desired experience in call center or user support positions * Competent use of computer equipment.
