Fixed day off on Mondays Position: Event Director **Location:** Puebla, Puebla **Employment Type:** Full-time **Base Salary:** $15,000 MXN monthly \+ commissions Job Description We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-oriented **Event Director**, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and social events, as well as promoting service sales to generate new business opportunities. Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and oversee events from start to finish * Coordinate vendors (catering, audio, furniture, etc.) * Manage budgets and execution timelines * Lead the operational team during events * Ensure service quality and client satisfaction * Resolve unexpected issues efficiently * Conduct commercial activities and client prospecting * Follow up on quotations and sales closures * Achieve sales targets Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning * Experience in sales or customer service (preferred) * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Strong verbal and negotiation skills * Ability to work under pressure * Flexible schedule availability (including weekends) * Proactive attitude with a results-oriented focus We Offer * Base salary of $15,000 MXN monthly * 5% commission on the value of each closed sale * Statutory benefits * Free cafeteria service * Fixed day off on Mondays * Positive work environment * Opportunity for professional growth Application Interested candidates should submit their CV.
