Participation in process development and validation **Technical Instructor** **Job Description** A company in the logistics/automotive sector is seeking a **Technical Instructor** responsible for training and evaluating operators, ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and efficiency standards. **Requirements** * Experience in training operational staff * Experience operating tractor-trailers * Knowledge of trailer loading and unloading * Basic mechanical knowledge * Experience managing personnel * Availability for fieldwork **Main Responsibilities** * Participate in developing the TNA (Training Needs Assessment). * Conduct driving and trailer operation tests for newly hired operators. * Train operators on driving policies and best practices. * Validate processes for preparing trailers for vehicle loading. * Supervise vehicle mounting, dismounting, securing, and positioning maneuvers. * Train on new tractor-trailer technologies. * Conduct on-site diesel performance testing. **We Offer** * **Salary: $37,000 gross monthly** * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Job stability. * Professional growth and development plan. **Position Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** **PUEBLA** Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
