We are seeking a responsible and proactive **Telephone Operator / Monitor** to join our operations team and support service tracking and control through monitoring systems and communication. Main Responsibilities * Monitoring services and units via radio and tracking systems. * Maintaining constant communication with operational staff. * Recording events, incidents, and activities in logs. * Following operational protocols and generating reports. * Responding to and routing operational or emergency situations. * Supporting service coordination from the monitoring center. Requirements * Completed high school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in **monitoring, radio operation, logistics, or security** (preferred). * Basic computer skills. * Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. * Availability for **rotating 12x24 shifts**.
