We are not looking for telemarketing salespeople. We seek advisors who understand that **every lead is a person seeking to change their future.** **What will be your challenge?** Your role will be to contact individuals in Mexico and Latin America who **have requested information** about our academic programs. You will not conduct cold calls; your mission is to listen to their needs, advise them on the ideal program for them, and finalize their enrollment. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Commercial DNA:** Proven experience in call center sales (preferably in education, insurance, or intangible services). * **Sincerity and Values:** We seek individuals whose interests and motivators align with our organizational culture. * **Service Mindset:** You understand that sales is, in fact, a process of accompaniment. * **Regional Orientation:** Understanding of and familiarity with the Mexican and Latin American markets. * **Self-Management:** Ability to manage and achieve enrollment targets with discipline. **What we offer you:** * **Remote Work:** Enjoy earning big—100% from home! * **Availability:** Monday to Saturday, 48 hours per week, **Sundays OFF.** * **Location:** Our main office is located at Ignacio Manuel Altamirano. * **Contract:** Freelance-type agreement with base salary + commissions. * **Attractive Compensation:** A competitive, uncapped commission structure where you decide **how much you want to earn in USD.
