




Key Responsibilities * Design, implement, and maintain the **Quality Control System** (incoming materials, in-process, and finished products). * Conduct **audits** in: * Manufacturing (production and finishing of bed linens and towels). * Warehouse/receiving (commercialized products, raw materials, fabric rolls, inbound/outbound shipments). * Weaving/finishing processes (periodic visits to Tlaxcala). * Define **acceptance standards** (AQL or internal criteria), tolerances, process-specific checklists, and sampling plans. * Analyze root causes (5 Whys, Ishikawa) and lead **corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)**. * Coordinate the management of **non-conformities**: segregation, identification, release/hold, rework, scrap. * Implement controls to reduce **second-quality goods**, rework, and customer complaints. * Generate **weekly reports** with metrics and findings (by department, shift, supplier, defect type). * Support product releases and ensure compliance with customer specifications. * Train operational staff on **quality best practices**, inspection techniques, and acceptance criteria. * Once fully integrated: **train and supervise 2 quality auditors**, assigning audit routes, targets, forms, and follow-up.
