




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage guest accounts, handle reservations and calls, and promote hotel services while maintaining the hotel's image. Key Highlights: 1. Reflects the hotel's image through its treatment of guests. 2. Promotes sales of hotel services by identifying guest needs. 3. Ensures fast and effective communication throughout the hotel. ***Responsibilities:*** * Process guest check-ins and check-outs. * Monitor guest reservations and calls. * Arrange room changes in case of serious defects in the assigned room. * Promptly follow up on requests from the area manager. * Reflects the hotel's image through its treatment of guests. * Distribute calls quickly and effectively with the clear objective of ensuring excellent communication among all hotel staff. * Must always keep work up to date, ensuring that all initiated tasks are fully completed. * Promote sales of other hotel services by identifying guests' actual needs. ***Skills and Knowledge:*** * Strong verbal communication skills. * Dynamic. * English proficiency: 80%. * Proficient in PC usage. * Experience with OPERA system. * Knowledge of hospitality industry.
