Requirements: * Minimum one year of experience as a night shift auditor * Proficiency in Opera is mandatory * Advanced English Responsibilities: Perform the daily general closing, auditing front desk agents’ activities, reviewing all room transactions, and generating all reports required by other departments such as General Management and Accounting. Additionally, during their shift, they perform all front desk agent duties. \- Greet hotel visitors. \- Answer all incoming hotel calls. \- Take reservations. \- Perform administrative tasks. \- Handle guest check-in and check-out. \- Attend to guests’ needs throughout their stay, ensuring their expectations are met. \- Process billing. \- Verify authenticity of payment methods. \- Act as on-duty manager in the absence or unavailability of their direct supervisor and management. \- Audit front desk agents’ work from the concluded day. \- Review all transactions for each room. \- Perform daily cash reconciliation and general closing, produce necessary reports, and prepare the night audit package. \- Close bank terminals. \- Make necessary adjustments for any identified erroneous transactions. \- Perform any other duties inherent to the position.
