Technical problem resolution and improvement proposals CIRCULAR KNITTING SUPERVISOR **The following qualifications are essential for this role:** * Continuous improvement processes * Knowledge of circular and flat knitting (single- and double-jersey machines) * Basic knowledge of fabrics and yarns * Experience managing unionized personnel * Attention to detail **Responsibilities:** * Your role will involve direct supervision of circular knitting machine operators, as well as inspection and quality control of finished products. * You must implement and maintain established quality standards, ensuring all products meet company and customer requirements. * You will be responsible for resolving any technical issues arising during production and proposing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Prior experience supervising circular knitting processes, as well as leadership and effective communication skills, are required. * You must maintain a rigorous focus on quality and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
