BRANCH SUPERVISOR \*Age: minimum 28 years old \*Minimum 3 years of experience \*Work location: Angelópolis area, Plaza W, Paseo Destino \*Availability to rotate shifts: 8:15 am\- 4:15 pm 1:30 pm until closing 11:00 am\- 7:00 pm Main Responsibilities: * Supervise opening/closing procedures, staff shifts, and overall service. * Personnel Management: Lead, train, evaluate, and schedule the team, fostering a positive work environment. * Quality Control: Ensure proper preparation of food and beverages, compliance with hygiene and food safety standards; monitor expiration dates. * Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and conduct physical inventory counts. * Customer Service: Resolve complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain brand image.
