We want to meet you! ### **Position Available: Branch Manager** **Location:** PUEBLA CITY CENTER **Employment Type:** Full-time **Department:** Sales ### **What We Are Looking For:** * Proven 1–2 years of experience in similar roles within the retail industry. * Completed high school education. * Personnel management experience. * Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs). * Teamwork skills. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Store opening and closing procedures. * Training: You will be responsible for tracking system-based training and ensuring your team completes assigned courses. * Product display and arrangement: Ensure products are displayed correctly per established guidelines. * Assortment placement: Offer purchasing options and encourage and supervise cross-selling. * In-store customer service. * Store and warehouse cleanliness and organization. * Conducting audits and administering warranties at the branch. * Cash handling and control. ### **What We Offer:** * Monthly take-home salary of $11,000 MXN * Uncapped commissions (paid weekly) * Statutory benefits from day one (INFONAVIT, vacation days, vacation bonus, thirteenth-month bonus, etc.) * Life insurance and major medical expense coverage. * Savings fund. * Monthly grocery vouchers. * Learning and growth opportunities.
