




We are looking for an **Operations Manager** to lead, optimize, and scale our vending machine and micromarket operations in the region. The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, route profitability, inventory control, and the proper execution of supervision, technical, and operations teams—aligning operations with the company’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate daily operations across routes, supervisors, and technicians. * Ensure proper functioning, restocking, and maintenance of vending machines and micromarkets. * Monitor and optimize key performance indicators: sales, margin, shrinkage, stockouts, inventory levels, and service level. * Implement continuous improvements in operational, logistical, and maintenance processes. * Supervise and develop the operations team (supervisors, technicians, operators). * Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Administration departments. * Analyze operational and financial reports to support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and quality requirements. * Participate in account expansion and enhancement of customer experience. Requirements * Proven experience in **operations**, preferably in vending machines, retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), logistics, or services. * Experience leading field and operations teams. * Ability to analyze operational and financial KPIs. * Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. * Organizational skills, leadership, and results orientation. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * Availability for both field and office work.
