




Job Summary: We are seeking a Delivery Driver for a tire company, responsible for efficient delivery and order verification, vehicle maintenance, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for daily deliveries and order verification with customers. 2. Operation and maintenance of the assigned vehicle for local routes. 3. Direct interaction with customers regarding needs and suggestions. An administrative consulting and management firm is recruiting talent on behalf of a major tire company specializing in high-quality tires and automotive lubricants, seeking a **Delivery Driver**. Requirements: * Secondary education * 1–2 years of delivery experience and familiarity with local routes, plus customer service skills * Commercial driver’s license * Basic knowledge of the state traffic regulations * Experience driving an Isuzu * Basic mechanical knowledge * Local routes only Job Objective: * Ensure daily delivery of orders to the company’s customers according to the route pre-defined by the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager, and strictly in accordance with the invoice or delivery order. Responsibilities: * Perform deliveries based on the route established by the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager, prioritizing high-volume customers first, followed by those requiring shorter distances per trip. * During customer deliveries, verify that orders are complete and collect the corresponding delivery receipt, signed by the customer to confirm proper receipt of goods. * With authorization from the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager, collect tires from customers for inspection and potential replacement, if applicable. * Under exceptional circumstances and with authorization from the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager, collect cash, checks, or documents from customers on behalf of the company. * Upon completion of the route, submit all customer-signed delivery receipts to the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager as proof of full order delivery; immediately hand over any collected cash, checks, or documents. * Record all delivery details in the logbook, including date and time of delivery, name of recipient, and any useful observations for future reference. * Keep the vehicle clean and up to date with scheduled maintenance, reporting to the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager when maintenance, repairs, or spare parts are required. * Inspect the assigned van or vehicle for proper operation, reporting any defects or accidents incurred during the route to the Warehouse Manager. * Relay customers’ needs, complaints, or suggestions—including requests for additional inventory, account statements, complaints, suggestions, etc.—to the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager.
