At HABERNIT, we are looking for a **Billing Analyst** responsible for issuing income invoices and payment supplements, as well as timely follow-up on issued and received invoices. Your role will be to ensure correct billing in accordance with current tax regulations. **Responsibilities** * Issuance of income invoices. * Issuance of payment supplements. * Review of received and issued invoices. * Coordination with purchasing, civil works, and sales departments to ensure proper invoice issuance. * Preparation of project-based reports on invoiced items (income). * Preparation of project-based reports on purchased items (expenses). * Cancellation of invoices according to tax policies. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (completed). * Minimum of 1 year of experience using billing software. * Knowledge of **CFDI 4.0** requirements.
