Creativity and artistic eye with storytelling skills **Profile:** * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 22–32 years old * Full-time position * Passion for music and music production **Technical Profile:** * Proficiency in video and photography equipment (DSLR cameras, professional and basic lighting, intelligent stabilizers) * Proficiency in video and photo editing software (macOS and iOS systems; INTERMEDIATE–ADVANCED LEVEL: Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut, Adobe Premiere; BASIC LEVEL: Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom) * Proficiency in digital tools for content creation and publishing * Advanced knowledge of audio recording and editing **Experience:** * Must have experience creating TIKTOK-, SHORTS-, and REELS-style content (please submit samples or a complete portfolio of such content) * Video content creation for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube * Specific interest or experience in YouTube * Ability to analyze and interpret metrics, track calendars, and propose creative strategies based on results * In-depth knowledge of platform-specific digital and algorithmic trends * Prior experience in topics related to or within the music industry PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION IS MANDATORY (photography, corporate video, reel-style video, etc.). **Skills:** * Creativity and artistic eye * Storytelling skills and proficiency in visual narratives * Teamwork * Commitment to short-, medium-, and long-term scheduled goals and objectives * Proactivity and independence * Organized and proactive Ideally, candidates possess their own equipment: smartphone and accessories for content creation (stabilizer, basic lighting, camera of any type and brand, etc.) Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus Saturdays for special events organized by the University.
