This role is critical to guaranteeing smooth execution of all activities related to departmental management. **Education Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields **Knowledge and Experience Requirements:** * Interdepartmental coordination, preferably within the plastics industry * Project management * Management of multidisciplinary teams * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities * Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) and project management tools: Monday, Trello, ITIL Foundations, MS Project, or similar—desirable * Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) * Advanced English * Knowledge of agile methodologies As Project Manager, the company expects you to perform the following tasks: Project Planning and Coordination: This responsibility includes defining project scope, developing projects, and implementing them.
