Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder communication Job Description and Responsibilities **Program Coordination & Execution** * Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer programs from prototype through mass production. * Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure successful program execution. * Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet timeline, quality, and cost expectations. * Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and action items. **NPI & Production Support** * Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including prototype builds, sample builds, and transition to production. * Coordinate preparation of materials and documentation required for prototype and pilot builds. * Work with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to ensure readiness for manufacturing. * Maintain regular communication with Sales Program Managers and internal stakeholders regarding project status. * Schedule and facilitate project meetings to review milestones, risks, and action items. * Prepare project status updates, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
