Job Summary: Provide support and service to internal and end customers regarding import and export operations, collaborate on license compliance, and supervise customs agents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for import and export operations 2. Collaboration in obtaining licenses and certifications 3. Supervision of customs agents and clearance audits JOB DESCRIPTION Primary Objectives: * Provide support and service to internal customers, the company, and end customers concerning import and export operations. * Collaborate in sourcing and delivering information required to obtain and/or comply with necessary import and export licenses and/or certifications. * Collaborate with customs agents to facilitate clearance for each import operation and maintain required documentation. * Reconcile monthly foreign trade operation data to ensure consistency and accuracy. * Verify and evaluate MRP system component structures for each finished product part number prior to executing the corresponding download process. * Supervise customs agents’ work during clearance audits to ensure accurate payment of federal duties and contributions related to foreign trade.
