Join our team! **Job Mission:** The mission of this position is to supervise and manage activities carried out by the branch team, ensuring the correct implementation of protocols and customer service standards. Oversee flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that enhance profitability and expense control. **Job Description:** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure service quality standards by monitoring flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct branch operational checklists. \- Execute actions to maintain accurate inventory records, proper product facing and placement, as well as branch order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate supervised staff using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. **Essential Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administration, with **degree certificate** \- 2+ years of experience in customer service, point-of-sale operations, value management, and personnel management. \- **Schedule Availability**: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Friday; Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. **We Offer:** Base salary + bonuses Statutory benefits from Day 1 Grocery vouchers Life insurance Career growth and job stability At Farmacias del Ahorro, we care about you—your well-being matters!
