Position Summary: This position focuses on managing metrics and statistics to evaluate monthly productivity, as well as managing orders and controlling reagent inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Manages medical productivity metrics and statistics. 2. Manages orders and controls reagent inventory. 3. Prepares financial and billing reports. **Position**: **POSITION OBJECTIVE**: Conduct metrics, statistics, and assessment of material delivery to each Medical Unit to determine monthly productivity. Additionally, consolidates all material orders or requests collected by managers and forwards them to the warehouse for distribution, thereby maintaining a comprehensive reagent inventory; likewise processes monthly cut-offs from all sites to generate costed remittances. **Minimum Experience:** 3 years **Desired Experience:** 5 years **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. **Desired Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. **Skills:** Information analysis, Numerical skills, Statistics **Knowledge:** Administration, Productivity analysis, Advanced Excel **FUNCTIONS**: * Preparation of reports, statistics, and dynamic tables regarding monthly orders, costed remittances, invoices, and payments * Verification that orders from Medical Units submitted by managers correspond to productivity authorized under the contract. * Validation, grouping, and submission of monthly orders to suppliers for site supply. * Analysis and approval of monthly cut-offs validated by Laboratory Heads of Medical Units. * Review and registration of monthly cut-off information sent by sites and suppliers in the Costed Remittance Form. * Inclusion of tests authorized by the Deputy Director of Operations in costed remittances. * Monthly supervision, control, and reporting of amounts expended under client contracts. * Strictly safeguarding work tools or financial resources assigned for performing duties. * Actively supporting and participating in public tenders in which the company participates, contributing indicated technical and professional knowledge, as well as referencing and preparing necessary technical and administrative documents. * Implementation and oversight of applicable national and international regulations governing the use and handling of analytical equipment, computer systems, and software within the scope of responsibility. * Application of knowledge and best practices in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields within the scope of responsibility. * Supporting the development and implementation of new TADEO projects. * Reporting any incident, failure, or problem arising during duty performance to the immediate supervisor. * Performing other activities related to the above, as required by TADEO, as necessary. **Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM–7 PM and 10 AM–2 PM Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
