Gas—is seeking: ***Operations Analyst*** REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Industrial or Logistics Engineering degree. * Flexible working hours * Excellent attitude * Teamwork skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Finalize daily settlements for tanker truck routes. * Document, validate, and archive daily settlements in digital and physical folders. * Report any shortages or discrepancies in tanker truck settlements. * Provide support for operational reports required by the Operations Department. * Enter purchase requisitions requested by the Operations Department. * Generate reports on cargo transports entering the plant for hydrocarbon unloading. * Monitor units in real time to ensure timely and proper service delivery. * Perform calibration of dock scales. * Inspect tanker truck seals upon plant entry and exit. * Inspect seals inside the plant. * Safeguard and issue tanker truck mobile phones. * Deliver documents to tanker trucks according to current regulations: waybill, transfer invoice, and load sheets.
