**Physical Therapist for the Training Department – Fisio MAS** **Area:** Training and Professional Development **Position:** Trainer Physical Therapist **Type of position:** Full-time **Location:** Calle Azteca Norte 4426 Local 1B, Santiago Momoxpan. **Position Objective** Contribute to the professional strengthening of physical therapists within the Fisio MAS network through continuous training, technical updates, and supervision of the correct application of treatment protocols, with the aim of establishing physical therapy as an essential service of high value for our patients. **Academic Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (mandatory). * **Valid professional license.** * Diploma or postgraduate studies in one of the following areas: * Sports physical therapy * Traumatological and orthopedic physical therapy * Geriatric physical therapy * Physical therapy in pain management or other related fields. **Professional Experience** * Minimum **3 years of verifiable clinical experience** in physical therapy applied to the management of injuries and musculoskeletal pathologies. * Previous experience in **training, teaching, or clinical supervision** is desirable. * Experience in designing and implementing professional development programs or training workshops. **Technical and Personal Competencies** * Mastery of advanced techniques in physiotherapeutic assessment and treatment. * Capacity for clinical analysis and therapeutic decision-making. * Effective communication skills and **assertive teaching ability**. * Collaborative leadership and team-oriented work approach. * Genuine interest in **continuous education** and improving physiotherapy services. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, plan, and implement training programs for physical therapists across different branches. * Assess training needs and update content according to best clinical practices. * Supervise the proper application of protocols and standards of care in physical therapy. * Promote research projects and continuous improvement in techniques and treatments. * Serve as a liaison between the **Training Department** and field physical therapists, fostering effective two-way communication. * Travel when opening a new branch in a city to provide training. **Strategic Purpose** Enhance the quality and consistency of physical therapy services within Fisio MAS, ensuring professional excellence and positioning physical therapy as a fundamental pillar in patient health and well-being.
