Job Summary: We are seeking an expert Physiotherapist specializing in physical, cognitive, and organizational physiotherapy, with skills in assessment, rehabilitation, and occupational risk prevention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement health prevention and promotion programs. 2. Analyze job positions to correct ergonomic risk factors. 3. Train employees in ergonomics, stress management, and self-care. We seek a Physiotherapist with the following knowledge: * Physical, cognitive, and organizational physiotherapy * NOM-036-STPS 2018 * Manual Therapy (joint mobilization, therapeutic massage) * Post-surgical rehabilitation * Chronic pain management * Comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment (mechanical movement analysis) * Differential diagnosis of pathologies * Interpretation of imaging studies Key Functions: Analyze job positions to identify and correct risk factors such as improper postures or repetitive movements. Provide guidance on workplace ergonomics and correct posture. Design and implement injury prevention and health promotion programs. Design, apply, and evaluate physiotherapeutic treatment plans to accelerate recovery of injured workers and facilitate their safe return to work. Monitor employees with chronic conditions, evaluating their progress and adjusting treatments as necessary. Train employees on ergonomic topics, stress management, and self-care techniques. Conduct ergonomic assessments and manage employee records. Submit KPIs to the Medical Service.
