Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with expertise in payroll processing, loan control, IDSE transactions, and tax calculations to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. Management of system and IDSE transactions Join our team as a **Payroll Specialist**. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary * Indefinite-term employment contract * Statutory benefits. **Requirements:** * Availability to work Monday through Saturday * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (degree certificate and professional license required) * Proficiency in CONPAQi and experience managing payroll for at least 500 employees * Experience in payroll and pre-payroll processing **Responsibilities:** * Control, application, and clarification of INFONAVIT and FONACOT loans * Control and execution of system and IDSE transactions (hiring, termination, and salary modifications) * Weekly and biweekly payroll calculation.
