Printing distributor seeks: **Service and Repair Technician (multifunctional devices).** We are seeking technicians for printing equipment in the **Puebla and Tlaxcala** regions, with experience across various brands of multifunctional devices and photocopiers, as well as knowledge of network connectivity. **Requirements:** * Proven experience providing technical support for printers and multifunctional devices. * Higher-level certification / Technical degree in systems, electronics, or related field. * Courses or certifications (optional). * Extensive hands-on experience repairing printers and multifunctional devices from Sharp, Samsung, HP, Lexmark, and Ricoh. * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel. * Experience using and handling generic consumables. **Responsibilities:** * On-site or field resolution of tickets assigned by the Help Desk.
