Opportunity for professional development within a sector-leading group. **Job Mission:** Ensure operational excellence in fleet (madrina) assignment and dispatch, guaranteeing compliance with our clients’ operational instructions and the integrity of vehicle transfers through strict supervision of personnel and equipment. **Your Key Responsibilities:** **Scheduling and Dispatch:** Coordinate unit assignments across various loading points based on client requirements. **Fleet Supervision:** Inspect the physical condition of units (tires, ramps, tarps, and rails) and ensure tractor-trailers adhere to their preventive maintenance schedule. **Personnel Management:** Supervise drivers, supervisors, and loaders, verifying health conditions and fitness for trip commencement. **Administrative Control:** Manage critical supplies (diesel balances, IAVE/toll cards) and ensure correct issuance of Cartas Porte and their addenda. **Safety and Monitoring:** Notify the satellite tracking department upon route commencement and manage access to loading points. **What We Are Looking For?** * Education: Industrial Engineering (incomplete degree, intern, or graduate). * Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in companies engaged in vehicle transportation (madrinas). * Technical Knowledge: Loading and unloading maneuvers for car-carrier units. * Proficiency in satellite tracking systems and diesel control. * Basic knowledge of mechanics and quality standards. **Skills:** * Leadership of operational staff, teamwork, and strong organizational ability. **Our Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience (UP TO 37,000 MONTHLY) * Direct employment with the company. * Opportunity for professional development within a sector-leading group (Grupo Andrade). ***In this organization, talent has no labels.
