Collaboration with various engineering departments CIPSA Group A growing company in the metal-mechanical sector Seeking: Innovation and Development Designer Trainee Required Profile: Recently graduated students in: Industrial Design Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Industrial Engineering (with focus on design) Proficiency in SolidWorks design software Basic SAP knowledge is desirable. Creativity, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail. Ability to work in teams and take initiative. Main Responsibilities: 3D design of products, components, and innovative solutions. Prototype tracking and validation for new developments. Preparation of 2D technical drawings (assemblies, parts, welds, exploded views). Material registration and creation of Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP. Graphic design of packaging, labels, manuals, and instructions. Development of new purchased components and technical support to production. Collaboration with various departments including engineering, quality, and procurement.
