Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Torton operator trainer to train and evaluate new drivers, identify risks, and provide feedback. Key Highlights: 1. Theoretical and practical training for Torton operators 2. Performance evaluation and feedback for continuous improvement 3. Identification of risk conditions on routes Minimum 10 years of experience operating 10-speed Torton units. Reside in Puebla Cedis Provide theoretical and practical training to Torton operator candidates Conduct theoretical and field driving assessments and tests Accompany and validate Torton operators Identify risk conditions on routes Implement training programs for Torton operators Evaluate operator performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum education: Primary education 10 years of experience Age: between 44 and 68 years
