Development of route plans and home visits. **Job Description** A law firm in Puebla is seeking a lawyer with experience in extrajudicial debt collection; the position involves both field and office work. **Requirements:** \- Law degree; licensed attorney, notary public, or legal consultant; completed studies with or without professional title. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection visits. \- Valid driver's license and ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles (a driving test will be conducted). \- Legal knowledge in commercial matters. \- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Familiarity with various areas and neighborhoods in the state of Puebla. **General Responsibilities:** \- Development of city-wide route plans. \- Drafting of legal documents. \- Delivery of payment invitation letters. \- Home visits to debtors at various delinquency levels in the conurbation zone of Puebla and Tlaxcala. \- Support to attorneys in judicial proceedings. \- Support to attorneys in in-person hearings. \- Accompanying clients as needed. \- Conducting home visits and making phone calls. \- Preparing client reports. \- Following up on internal firm requests. \- Updating the database.
