La Zarza Bakery requires: Expenditure Analyst · Work location: Santiago Neighborhood, near UPAEP · Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics-Administration, or related field (degree completion preferred) Experience: Minimum 2 years in revenue control. · Knowledge: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency Accounting ERP system usage · Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM · Job Objective: Process supplier payments by managing necessary transactions in accordance with the Group’s treasury procedures and policies, ensuring timely fulfillment of obligations and commitments. · Responsibilities: Process payments Maintain up-to-date treasury records (bank statements and payment vouchers). Provide support to treasury coordination. Perform monthly bank transaction reconciliations for month-end closing. Create invoice records for items not processed through Accounts Payable (e.g., direct debits, fuel, petty cash). Request issuance or cancellation of corporate debit cards.
