The Marketing Support Associate will play a key role in driving new user acquisition through paid media and affiliate partnerships while also assisting with programs designed to increase member lifetime value. You will combine creative thinking with analytical rigor to support the marketing team in launching, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast\-paced, data\-driven environment and is eager to learn the ins and outs of digital media buying and user engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: · Paid Media Support: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing media buys across major digital platforms (Facebook, Google, Outbrain, Taboola) to achieve cost\-effective member acquisition. · Affiliate Management: Support affiliate marketing efforts by tracking partner performance, managing day\-to\-day relationships, and helping to identify opportunities to expand the affiliate network. · Optimization: Monitor daily campaign performance, making agile adjustments to bids, targeting, and creative assets to maximize ROI and margin. · Member Activity: Assist the User Engagement Marketing Team in creating and executing lifecycle programs that increase member activity, retention, and lifetime value (LTV). · Ad Strategy: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad copy, creative briefs, and testing strategies to improve conversion rates. · Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns launch on time, assets are delivered correctly, and performance goals are met. · Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data across all channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. · Reporting: Report regularly on KPIs, performance outcomes, and budget pacing to the broader marketing team. · Forecasting: Assist in forecasting and planning spend allocation by channel to meet acquisition and revenue targets. · Market Research: Stay informed on media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually refine campaign strategy. Qualifications: · Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or a related internship is preferred. · Analytical Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail; ability to interpret data and make recommendations. · Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Social Media Ads, Affiliate Networks, Google/Meta Ads) is a strong plus. · Mindset: Enthusiasm for the health and wellness industry and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast\-paced, startup\-style environment. · Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
