Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application. **Your mission** ---------------- Directly responsible for ensuring the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals. **Your talent** --------------- Responsible for ensuring the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective short- and medium-term planning, expense control, sales, and service. * Consistently ensure high standards of in-store service experience aligned with PUMA brand values and service standards. * Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, developing, and replacing high-performing associates, managing results, and managing associates. * Spend 90% of working hours on the sales floor attracting customers, selling, and coaching employees. * Act as Store Manager when the Store Manager is absent from the store for any reason. * Support the Store Manager in preparing and timely conducting performance reviews. * Responsible for payroll control and scheduling to drive sales and maintain a highly profitable store while delivering the highest levels of customer service. * Responsible for ensuring successful completion of both local and global training programs (required for the position) to drive store results. * Support the Store Manager in analyzing consumer profiles, purchasing trends, and competitive intelligence impacting and driving the business.
