Job Offer: Operational Assistant Location: Puebla, behind the Outlet Position Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a responsible, organized, and results-driven Operational Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will support daily operations, process control, and tracking of activities related to technical and commercial areas. Main Responsibilities: *Maintain vehicle maintenance logs for the technical area, as well as monitor LP gas and fuel consumption. *Conduct visual inspections of vehicles. *Handle customer complaints arising from services provided. *Manage sales reports for vehicles under their responsibility. *Implement sales strategies to improve performance indicators. *Perform audits (review of discounts, credits, or courtesy allowances granted to customers). *Monitor and track vehicles entering and exiting the mechanical workshop. *Supervise assigned personnel and follow up on payroll incidents. *Control LP gas invoicing and delivery slips. *Prepare and review dock controls (reports and closings). *Coordinate vehicle dispatch and reception. Requirements: Minimum Education: Completed high school (technical degree or bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience in operational, logistics, or administrative areas.
