Responsible for operating production equipment to manufacture parts meeting defined objectives in Quality, Cost-Productivity, and Time-Delivery, under safe conditions. Collaborates with support departments, team members, and Coordinator to implement preventive actions improving equipment and product performance. **Key Position Activities:** * Inspects manufactured products and/or operates equipment, ensuring achievement of production objectives (Quality, Cost-Productivity, and Time-Delivery). * Directly responsible—jointly with the team—for stopping machines upon product or process deviations, and reporting such issues to Adjusters, Coordinators, and support departments to initiate appropriate actions. Actively participates in resolving these issues. * Continuously analyzes the manufacturing process to jointly develop improvements and preventive actions with the team, supporting objective attainment. * Performs and documents product tests per Control Plans; ensures proper recording of material traceability. * Participates during model changeovers on machines. * Participates in reviewing manufacturing conditions and setup. * Jointly with the team, performs and documents Level-1 maintenance (daily routines, cleaning schedule) on machines; supports minor mechanical and electrical repairs. * Ensures operational safety and environmental control. * Participates in high-performance teams. * Acts as backup for other inspector operators. * Complies with procedures established in CSSA. * Participates in emergency response plans upon request from the Emergency Response Brigade. **Your Profile** **Required Profile / Professional Competencies** * Education: Minimum Secondary School Diploma * Knowledge: **Must have passed the Inspector Certification.** * Experience: Automotive Industry, **minimum 18 months in current position.** * Languages/Required Level: Not required * Computer Programs: Office – Basic * **SABA CIRCLE IN GREEN** * Inform immediate supervisor prior to application. **Contact Details** Recruitment, Selection & Training Thyssenkrupp Presta de México, Calle Circuito Esteban de Antuñano No.1, Manzana 4 Parque Industrial Cd.
