A key position with impact on personnel management An industrial cleaning services company with 20 years in the market is seeking a Payroll Analyst with verifiable experience. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience in the same or related position - Experience managing large-scale payroll processing (in terms of number of employees) - Analytical and organized - Experience with payroll information systems Responsibilities include: * Daily review of attendance records for all field service personnel (over 600 employees) and recording of incidents * Reconciliation of payroll incidents with the coordinator * Processing of severance settlements * Daily recording of service-related banked hours * Processing of payroll cards for personnel in scheduled services * Submission of stamped invoice data for billing, FONACOT, or other personnel-related procedures * Review, updating, organization, scanning, and archiving of documentation related to severance settlements, attendance lists, receipts, PPE delivery forms, stationery, and food supplies * Data entry and email submission of requested operational information or forms to clients (e.g., personnel information, personnel files, etc).
