Experience: Operational and field recruitment (experience in the private security sector is preferred). **Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, job boards, and psychometric tests. Willingness to travel occasionally. **Your main responsibilities:** Mass recruitment of security guards. Incident tracking and personnel file management. Employee onboarding, offboarding, and administrative reporting. **What we offer:** Salary: $12,000 MXN per month. Productivity bonus starting from the 3rd month. Statutory benefits from day one.
