Proficiency with computer tools. **Responsibilities:** * Post job openings on various employment portals, job boards, and social media. * Perform resume screening and initial interviews. * Schedule candidate interviews and follow up on selection processes. * Conduct reference checks. * Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and prepare weekly reports. * Provide administrative support in preparing personnel files. * Keep the candidate and job opening database updated. * Follow up with candidates from recruitment through to hiring. * Collaborate in job fairs, recruitment events, and talent attraction strategies. **We Offer:** Monthly Salary: $7,000.00 Weekly Payments of $1,750.00.
