*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for company LATICCE in Lomas De Angelópolis Ii \- San Andrés Cholula, Puebla** ### **Position Title:** **Waiter** ### **Department:** **Bookstore** ### **Position Objective:** Supervise the overall store operations, including staff management, sales area organization, inventory and sales management, and customer service. ### **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed high school or incomplete bachelor's degree in Humanities, Literature, Communication, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year working in bookstores, cultural spaces, customer service, or sales. **Age:** 18 to 30 years old. **Gender:** No preference. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage daily bookstore operations to ensure proper functioning, profitability, and customer satisfaction. * Supervise, lead, and evaluate team members; organize shifts and daily tasks. * Ensure proper book storage, prepare warehouse orders, and supervise stock levels. * Design and arrange product displays and window showcases to optimize sales and inventory turnover. * Oversee cash register reconciliation, manage income, and handle billing. * Provide customer assistance and advice, answer product inquiries, and deliver a positive shopping experience. ### **PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:** * Customer service and sales in bookstores, publishing houses, or cultural venues. * Collection organization, book classification, and inventory control. * Promotion of cultural or literary events. * Point-of-sale systems and customer service. ### **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE IN:** * Book classification and arrangement (by genre, author, or theme). * Inventory and point-of-sale systems. * Customer service and basic sales techniques. ### **Skills and Abilities:** * Passion for reading and culture. * Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor. * Ability to listen, guide, and recommend suitable readings. * Organized, detail-oriented, and orderly. * Responsible, professional appearance, and proactive attitude. ### **Work Schedule:** **Morning shift:** 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Evening shift:** 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. **Rotating shifts** ### **Salary:** **$10,500 per month** ### **Additional Information:** The position requires a genuine passion for books and personalized customer service.
