Working Hours: Mixed shift (8:00 a.m. \- 5:30 p.m.) **Functions and Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * Annual training program * Performance evaluation: * Talent management, strategies, and actions * Individual development plan * Succession plan * Organizational culture, policies, values, and events * Social responsibility and motivation * Recognition programs * Employee satisfaction survey **Profile** ---------- * Minimum 5 years of experience in this field and role * Educational level: Bachelor's degree / Engineering: Business Administration or related field * Advanced conversational English is mandatory * Ability to conduct detailed job analyses and create accurate job descriptions. * Experience in developing effective training programs aligned with company needs. * Knowledge of various performance evaluation techniques and tools. * Experience in talent management, including recruitment, retention, and employee development. * Ability and experience to design and manage customized professional development plans. * Ability to lead cultural change initiatives within the organization. * Knowledge of CSR practices and experience organizing corporate events. * Experience in designing and implementing recognition and reward programs. * Ability to design and administer employee satisfaction surveys. * First-, second-, and third-party audits.
