We seek experienced installation personnel to join our technical team and participate in projects involving the installation, maintenance, and adaptation of telecommunications infrastructure. **Base Location:** Atizapán de Zaragoza **Availability:** Travel and out-of-town assignments as required by project Main Responsibilities * Installation and maintenance of telecommunications towers. * Assembly and erection of metal structures. * Cable laying and securing. * Antenna installation and alignment. * Strict compliance with safety standards and work-at-heights protocols. * Field technical support nationwide. Requirements * Proven experience in tower, radio base station, or telecommunications installation or maintenance. * Basic knowledge of working at heights (preferred). * Willingness to travel and work outside the base location. * Commitment to safety, discipline, and responsibility. * Team-oriented attitude and technical focus.
