Position Summary: We are seeking a Personnel Manager to handle daily staffing management at point-of-sale locations and remotely monitor operational incidents. Key Highlights: 1. BETTER; We are a strategic partner providing nationwide recruitment, training, development, and specialization services for human capital (Sales Force) We are currently seeking a Personnel Manager to oversee daily staffing management at our point-of-sale locations and remotely monitor and follow up on operational incidents A C T I V I T I E S • Supervise and monitor daily operations of operational staff. • Identify, validate, and resolve staffing-related incidents or issues (absences, turnover, staff reports, etc.) • Maintain constant communication with area managers, supervisors, and point-of-sale team members to ensure smooth operational functioning • Staff onboarding, offboarding, and ST7 medical leaves • Staffing control • Request and track final settlement calculations and offboarding processes • Manage and track productivity letters and commitment letters • Track regional goals and provide periodic progress reports. • Resolve problems with a strong sense of urgency • Communicate monthly goals to Team Leaders and SWAT Leaders.
