Job Summary: We are seeking a Computer and Printer Technical Service Engineer to perform maintenance, diagnosis, and support for computer equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and printers. 2. Hardware and software failure diagnosis and resolution. 3. Customer service and technical support for users. Profile – Computer and Printer Technical Service Engineer Education: • Engineering or bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Electronics, Computing, or related field (incomplete, candidate, or graduated). Experience and Knowledge: • Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, laptops, and printers. • Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software failures. • Installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems, software, and peripherals. • Configuration of local and network printers. • Basic knowledge of networks, cabling, and connectivity. • Data backup, formatting, and equipment installation. • User assistance and technical support. Position Profile: • Service-oriented attitude and customer focus. • Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems. • Organization, responsibility, and incident tracking. • Teamwork and effective communication. • Availability to travel to various service locations (if applicable). Main Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer and printing equipment. • Diagnose and resolve technical failures on-site or remotely. • Install, configure, and provide support for equipment and software. • Provide user assistance and follow up on service tickets or reports. • Prepare service reports and incident logs.
