




Job Summary: Language Coordinator with academic and pedagogical experience to promote and develop the language program in a school applying a constructivist educational model and multilingual education. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotes and academically develops the language department 2. Coordinates language certifications and multilingual activities 3. Provides teaching staff support and parent communication **School Language Center Coordinator** **Private school serving preschool through high school, implementing a constructivist pedagogical model and multilingual education (English, German, and Mandarin Chinese), seeking a Language Coordinator to promote and develop the language program both academically and administratively.** ***Important: Please do not apply if you lack the required academic experience and pedagogical knowledge.*** Full-time Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM\-4:00 PM **Education:** · Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages, Education Sciences, Educational Innovation, or Pedagogy. · English proficiency certification at B2/C1 level. · Master’s degree: Preferred, in languages (English or other languages) **Work Experience** · Leadership experience: Elementary through high school level: 3–5 years. · Teaching experience: Elementary through high school level: 3 years. **Responsibilities** * Monitoring language certifications (English, German, Mandarin Chinese) offered by the school. * Supporting teaching staff to ensure effective classroom performance and timely submission of lesson plans. * Coordinating language-related activities or festivals (e.g., Chinese Festival, Spelling Bee, Model United Nations [MUN], etc.). * Communicating with parents regarding their children’s language progress. * Tracking curriculum implementation for subjects taught in foreign languages. * Administrative duties (responding to emails, submitting grades, attending team meetings, assisting with supervision duties). **Competencies** * Personnel administration and management * Pedagogical knowledge * Language assessment and certification processes, cultural diversity and integration * Educational leadership and administration (planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, and monitoring) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
